Simplicity is the main word all products have a year warranty. If there is anything that does not fit contact at info@pacosleather.com and I will arrange a solution.

Time: You have 28 days from the date on which you received your order to send your item back to us.
Condition: Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the packaging provided with the product at the point of sale.
Refund procedure: Once your goods are returned to our premises we will quality check them and proceed with your refund.
Depending upon the payment type used please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be completely processed
